Refunds:

If you would like to receive a refund for your workbook purchase, please contact our customer service team to initiate the refund process. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the workbook, minus any shipping charges, once we have received the returned item in its original condition and packaging. Refunds are applied to the original payment method within 14 days.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your workbook arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may request photos of the damaged item to help us process your request.

 

Note: we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for damages caused by insufficient packaging.
